Local time is UTC+3, which puts the European open in the late morning and the North American open in the late afternoon. A desktop that stays powered through those hours covers the active part of the day and leaves room for several charts at once. The same account can still be opened from a phone afterwards, so the desktop does not have to be the only way in.

Desktop app or web on the PC
If you would rather not install a desktop app, the Exness Terminal runs in any browser on the PC with nothing to download. MetaTrader gives more advanced charting and automated trading; the web terminal starts without an install.
